If you are a webmaster with a website about mysteries,
detective fiction, crime shows, police procedurals and the
like, you can add your URL for free to the ACME Directory.
How do I add my URL?
Simply go to the directory, drill down through the
categories and find the one category that best fits your
site and click on add url. Basic listings are free.
However, if you would like your site to stand out and
appear first in it's category for the first year, you can
pay a small, US$ 5.00 fee by adding a Premium Listing.
Premium Listings appear at the very top of the categories
and come first in all searches. The vast majority of all
hits will come from the first few listings that appear
first in the categories. Premium Listing last 365 days. At
the end of that time, do not worry, you will still be
listed, your listing will just become a regular listing.
Is a link back to ACME Directory required?
No, we never require a link back. However we do appreciate
a link back. ACME Mystery and Detective Directory is a hub
for web traffic from mystery sites. By linking to us, you
tell both searchers and other webmasters which then allows
more people to find mystery sites - including yours -
everybody benefits.
How do I link back?
To link back:
1. Please see our Link to Us page. There you will find
some copy/paste links and a search box code too.
2. Find your listing in the directory. On the "More
info..." page you will find a link to a voting code for
your site which you can allow your visitors to vote for
your listing.
